Jeff Schroeder: Born & raised in Michigan then having lived in CA, NV & NC hunting, has always been a part of Jeff’s life. He enjoys pistol, muzzleloader, center fire and archery hunting for big game animals and upland birds. In 2009 along with his wife they moved to South Central Idaho and became involved with the St Jerome Food Ministry, helping to expand the existing Community Kitchen to include the Martha & Mary’s Food Pantry as well as the Garden of Eatin, their community garden. IHFH is the perfect program to blend Jeff’s passion for the outdoors with helping those in need. Also allowing him to use his experience from his professional career of Real Estate construction, project management, sales & marketing.

Elizabeth Schroeder: Liz shares Jeff’s passion for community service and the outdoors. Growing up in Utah in a family that also enjoys the outdoor, Liz values the memories of her hunting trips with her father. As a current elementary school teacher and with her Master’s degree in education she brings additional dimension to IHFH.

Lance Jennings: Pastor Lance Jennings, Chaplain, USAF retired is the current pastor for St Paul’s Lutheran church in Jerome. An, Alaska residence 23 years, licensed fly fishing guide. His family supplemented their protein needs with salmon, caribou and moose. The church he served continues to feed the hungry at Brother Francis Shelter, and a women’s shelter in Anchorage. Also originally from Michigan, Lance helps keep the spiritual focus in IHFH.
